Middle East Industrial Technology General Contracting Est. (MITEK) respects the privacy of everyone who visits this site. We handle personal data in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations, and with the general principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where data reaches us from outside the Kingdom.

What we collect
Browsing this site requires no personal data. The only data we collect is what you type into the quote request form yourself: your name, organisation, mobile number, email address, the type of work and engagement you select, and your description of the project scope.
Your IP address is also recorded briefly when the form is submitted, for one purpose only: to limit repeated submissions and block automated spam.
Lawful basis and purpose
We process this data at your own request and for a single purpose: to study your scope, prepare a technical and commercial proposal, and reply to you. We do not use it for marketing and we do not send promotional messages you did not ask for.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing. It is seen internally only by the technical and commercial staff preparing your proposal, and may be disclosed to authorities where the law requires it.
Where it is kept and for how long
Requests are stored on this site's servers and deleted once their purpose is served, or within twenty-four months of receipt, whichever comes first, unless a legal or contractual obligation requires a longer period.
Cookies
This site uses strictly necessary cookies only: one to remember the language you chose, and one to remember your answer to the cookie notice. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics, and your data is never passed to advertising networks.
Fonts and external content
All fonts and images are served from this site's own server, so your browser makes no request to any third-party host while you browse.
Your rights
You have the right to be informed about your data, to access it and obtain a copy, to have it corrected or updated, to ask for it to be destroyed, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights write to info@meteknik.com; we reply within thirty days at the latest.
You may also lodge a complaint with the competent personal data protection authority in Saudi Arabia if you believe our processing breaches the law.
Information security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration. These include restricting access to staff who need it and validating every form submission before it is stored.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our services or the legal requirements change. Any change is published on this page together with the date it took effect.
